Sprecher - Cream SodaSoft DrinkAnother throw-back to the standards of yesteryear, our cream soda is honey colored, not colorless or artificially red. Wisconsin honey and pure vanilla are carefully blended in a gas-fired kettle, creating a delicate caramelization of sugars that results in a fusion of flavor. This unique process produces a rich vanilla flavored soda with hints of honey and caramel and a long-lasting, creamy head.
Fox's - Ginger AleSoft DrinkA popular soft drink for over 100 years, ginger ale has persisted as a beloved carbonated beverage the whole world over. Following in that grand tradition, Fox's syrup contains the signature crisp, clean, and slightly sweet taste, a sparkling consistency, and eye-catching caramel-golden color that customers have come to expect. H. Fox & Co., Inc. is over a 100 year old corporation. We manufacture Chocolate and flavored syrups in addition to a variety of Ice Cream toppings under the Fox's U-bet and Fox brand labels. The present management of the company represents the fifth generation of family members.
Original Sin - Elderberry Hard CiderFruit Cider Elderberries have been adding flare to hard cider for centuries. In fact, the 1822 book The American Orchardist suggests adding Elderberries to give cider "a fine colour as well as flavour." Original Sin brings back this brilliant tradition with our new Elderberry Cider. A balanced cider combining the natural acid and sugar of apples with the tart qualities of elderberries.
D9 - Viking FraochAncient Herbed Ale/ Scottish Gruit SourA raiding party to your senses, this Viking beer is meant to be enjoyed unapologetically. Sweet, floral and exploding with sour flavor, this ancient ale was created by the Vikings, claimed by the Scott’s, lost to time and given rebirth by our brewers to share amongst the enlightened.
Unknown Brewing - Stupid FlandersFlanders Red While the name of The Unknown’s brew is a subtle nod to Ned Flanders, a beloved character from The Simpsons television show, Flanders is also a type of Flemish red sour ale brewed in West Flanders, Belgium and often found in France. Prepared in traditional Flanders fashion, Unknown’s Stupid Flanders was aged for 16 months in French oak cabernet barrels with lactobacillus and Roeselare strains. The mid-sweet beer has an amber color and light tart finish and features an alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 7.2%.
New Belgium - Lips of Faith: ClutchWood-Aged Sour Imperial Stout It started as chance, a sandwich shop encounter between a band and a fan. It ended as the Clutch Collaboration. This pleasing, two-part potion was brewed with chocolate and black malts for a rich and roasty overtone, then fused with a dry, substratum of sour for a bold and audacious flavor. Black as night, this beer is blended at 70% stout, 30% dark sour wood beer for a collaboration that begins with a sour edge and finishes with a big, dark malt character, lingering, sweet on your palate. The two flavors come as raucous and riotous as the Maryland band and their Fort Collins fans, getting loud and making beer, together. Stout blended with 30% sour Oscar. Oscar is the name of the dark base beer that we put in barrels, acidify for years then blend to make La Folie. The 30% blend brings a tartness and unique complexity to an otherwise basic strong stout. VISUAL Very dark opaque black color with a very slight red hue, light tan foam with light lacing. AROMA Chocolate and coffee initially with dark fruits (blackberry, cherries, plums and prunes) and green apples; roasted malt character of tobacco and smoke. FLAVOR Starts sweet and moves quickly into a moderate and increasing sourness, finishes with a light bitterness. MOUTHFEEL Very puckering and mouthwatering, slightly coating; finishes with a moderate astringency. BODY Medium body.
Moonlight Meadery - Stock UpMead w/ Blueberries, Blackberries, RaspberriesThis draft-only carbonated mead is made from raspberries, blackberries, & blueberries. Mother Earth - Dark CloudMunich Dunkel Lager Steeped in a long history dating back hundreds of years, this "old-fashioned" beer is again in vogue. Lager is the German word meaning "to store," so this beer ages three times longer than our ales do. "Dunkel" means dark in German, but don't let the color fool you, it is by no means heavy, overbearing or bitter. In fact, it proves to be a very drinkable session beer.

Additions of coriander and orange peel give Zombie a fruity and spicy character, while the hops are subtle and lightly detected. Don’t be scared to blow the head off a Zombie and drink up! TASTING NOTES: Brewed according to the Belguim Witbier tradition using unmalted wheat to create a light body and white sheen. Four Saints/Liberty Brewery and Grill/Preyer Brewing/Gibbs Hundred/Natty Greene's/Wise Man Brewing/Angry Troll/Joymongers/Bull City Ciderworks - Triad Brewer's Alliance TripelTripel The Triad beer scene is one that is smaller than the others, we’ll give you that. What we know is this beer region is quietly making a name for itself across the state. In honor of NC Beer Month, nine of the Triad breweries collaborated on a big beer to usher in April, and the currently forming Triad Brewers’ Alliance. We see this as the beginning of great things for our region. This tripel was brewed in collaboration with Liberty Brewery, Joymongers Brewing, Preyer Brewing, Gibb’s Hundred Brewing, Natty Greene’s Pub, Angry Troll Brewing, Wise Man Brewing, and Bull City Ciderworks. Lost Province - Somebody Loves YouBlonde Ale w/ Saskatoon BerriesAs a boy, Joey (one of our amazing brewers) would receive postcards from his grandma who lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada with the words "Sombody Loves You in Saskatoon" Saskatoon is the town famous for the Saskatoon berry - a berry similar in appearance to a blueberry but with a sweeter and almost almond-like flavor. We added the berries to our Lost Province Blonde Ale, and think you'll enjoy the amazing color and flavor of this unique beer!
Granite Falls - Canis RougeBlood Orange Sahti Canis Rouge Blood Orange Sahti - We believe strongly in tradition here at GFB. That includes the traditions of our industry across cultures, and doing what we can to help reclaim and revitalize those that may be at risk of disappearing. With this in mind our Spring entry in our Carolina Wild series of seasonals was designed with the aim to bring back a style nearly extinct in its home country of Finland, and virtually unknown here in the States: Sahti! Brewed with barley, oats and rye, Sahti is a complex but easy-to-drink beer with a history going back thousands of years. It is made with juniper berries for a light, piney note, and with touches of banana and peppercorn from the yeast, with a lightly acidic sourness that interplays perfectly with the blood orange and ties the entirety of it together. This mélange of flavors is a little sweet, a little sour, a little citrusy, and a lot delicious. In summary: the perfect spring beer.

There’s pineapple hops, lemon hops, coconut hops, pepper hops, hop soup, hop stew, hop salad, hop and potatoes, hop burger, hop sandwich. That, that’s about it.
Granite Falls - HoppalachiaIPA Our pioneering IPA is a free spirit who ventures off the well-worn trail. Evil Twin - Imperial Biscotti BreakImperial Stout w/ Coffee, Vanilla, AlmondsThe Roman Empire had a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ - festive food culture, extravagant architecture and spectacular live entertainment. Some might argue the Emperors were brutal, mad and hungry for power, and the people vain when taking baths and working out all day. Listen - that’s still all part of the secret Imperial ingredient - keep it cool, clean, confident, arrogant and flamboyant. Forza Imperiale.
Boulevard - Early RiserCoffee Porter Early Riser Coffee Porter features a blend of pale, caramel and chocolate malts with just a touch of wheat to form a round, smooth bodied beer with notes of coffee and chocolate that elevate rather than overpowering the beautiful coffee supplied by our friend Vincent. Hopping with Magnum and Bravo is limited to the beginning of the boil to provide just enough bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the malt. The coffee is, as it should be, the star of the beer as it shines in the flavor and aroma. Born from friendship and a mutual love of beer, bikes, and coffee, Early Riser features Colombian Cauca Cajibio Estate custom roasted and ground at Maps Coffee Roasters by Vincent Rodriguez and a small army of his friends and family.
