a masterful blend of Wisconsin's own Door County cherry juice, raw honey, the finest cola extract, and a handful of select spices cooked to perfection in our gas-fired brew kettles then lightly carbonated for refreshment that tickles the taste buds with an array of pleasing flavors.
2. Sprecher : Ginger Ale Soda
A sophisticated soda, pale in color and reminiscent of a light, sparkling chardonnay. Its complex flavor is very dry on the palate, combining the bite of ginger ale with a surprising hint of oak.
3. Red Hare : Root Beer Marietta , GA
Brewed with pure cane sugar, Red Hare's Root Beer starts off with a spicy herbal bite and finishes sweet and creamy.
4. Crispin : Super Premium Cider Minnesota 5.5% Hard Cider
Sweet, light and crisp. Clean on the palate, not too sweet, and strong apple flavor
5. Magners : Irish Cider Tipperary, Ireland 4.5% Hard Cider
17 varieties of apple are used to make this traditional Irish Cider. Crisp and Refreshing.

13. New Belgium : Cascara Quad Fort Collins, CO 10% Quadrupel
The aroma brings dates, cherries and pipe tobacco right to the nose and builds layers with hints of spice and fruity Belgian yeast. Once on the palate, Cascara Quad starts swinging clove, fig and molasses. Each sip offers sweet warmth, deep complexity and fleeting dryness.

15. Jailhouse : Saison Reprieve Hampton, GA 6% Saison
Slight tartness paired with a touch of lemon zest and spice with some mild floral notes.
16. Monday Night : Fu Man Brew Atlanta, GA 5.2% Wit
An effervescent, easy-drinking wheat beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, German hops, and a whisper of ginger from the Far East.
17. Red Hare : Long Day Lager Marietta , GA 5.2% Lager
A Bohemian style pilsner that is slightly deeper amber than most in this style. It is somewhat sweet with biscuit like malty notes.
18. Highland : Devils Britches Asheville, NC 6% IPA
Ashburne Mild malt produces a toasted and biscuity flavor, and Extra Special malt renders an alluring red hue. Apollo hops provide aggressive bitterness(70 IBU), while dry-hopping with Calypso hops yields complex fruity and floral aromas with hints of pear and apple.

24. Blue Point : Toasted Lager Patchogue, NY 5.3% Vienna Lager
A tasty lager with toasty caramel and toffee notes with a slightly hoppy crisp clean finish.
25. Blue Point : Rastafa Rye Ale Patchogue, NY 7.5% Rye Ale
Floral hops up front with semi-sweet maltiness throughout and rye notes on the tail-end and a hoppy finish.
26. Blue Point : Hoptical Illusion Patchogue, NY 6.8% IPA
This beer has a delicious, resiny, citrus-burst which is balanced by a malty backbone yielding an intense, golden ale.

Pours hazy, with a light gold color. Low hop bitterness while orange peel and fresh coriander add zest and depth to this refreshing beer.
31. New Belgium : Rampant Fort Collins, CO 8.5% Imperial IPA
The taste expands these hops with heavy peach tones and a profoundly bitter bite. There is some malt sweetness to stand this beer up, and Rampant's finish is bone-dry.
32. Southern Tier : Plum Noir Lakewood, NY 8.2% Imperial Porter
An imperial porter brewed with Italian plums that brings hints of coffee, toasted grain, and roasted malt with a thick head.

A roasty scotch ale with a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, but not overpowering. Smokey, but not in a creepy bar kind of way. Sweet, but not obnoxiously so.
40. Goose Island : Sofie Paradisi Chicago, IL 6.7% Saison
Saison aged in barrels with grapefruit peel for a spiced citrus bite.
41. Jailhouse : Deep, Deep, Deep, Deep Undercover IPA Vol. 4 Hampton, GA 7% Black IPA
An intense hop character that could blend and compliment the darker malts we were using for color. Although debittered black malt is mild, it still tends to impart some roast flavors. A touch of roast when mixed with the intensity of hops in the beer can be quite a nice marriage.
42. Estaminet : Premium Pils Belgium 5.2% Pilsner
This light bodied beer has a light bready taste with some grainy sweetness, a touch of hop bitterness and finishes clean and crisp.
